Velaré provides curated flower delivery and subscription services. Customers may choose a plan and receive bouquets according to the selected membership.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled or paused before the next billing cycle.

• Subscriptions renew automatically.
• Customers may pause or cancel before the next billing date.
• Changes to plans may apply from the next billing cycle.

4. Delivery

Velaré currently delivers within Tbilisi unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timing may vary based on logistics, recipient availability, weather, or other operational factors.

5. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information. Velaré is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GEL unless stated otherwise. Velaré reserves the right to change prices for future billing periods.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
