2. Service Description
Velaré offers one-time bouquet orders and subscription-based flower delivery services. Customers may select a bouquet or subscription plan, provide delivery details, and complete payment through supported payment methods shown during checkout.
3. Orders
A one-time order is considered placed once the customer completes the checkout process and payment is successfully authorized or charged by the payment provider. After payment, the order may appear in the customer profile and admin system with the relevant payment and order status.

- Velaré reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inaccurate or incomplete information.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis on the same calendar date as the first successful subscription payment, unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- If a customer requests cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.
- Cancellation applies to future billing periods only and does not immediately terminate the active paid period.
5. Delivery
Velaré currently delivers within Tbilisi unless otherwise agreed separately. Delivery timing may vary due to logistics, recipient availability, weather, traffic, or other operational circumstances.
6. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information, including recipient name, address, phone number, and preferred timing where requested. Velaré is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided information.
7. Pricing and Payments
All prices shown on the website are displayed in GEL unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. Velaré does not guarantee any order or subscription until payment is successfully confirmed.
8. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
For one-time bouquet orders, once payment has been successfully charged, the order cannot be cancelled and is not refundable. Before preparation begins, customers may request changes to order details by contacting support, but such changes are not guaranteed and depend on operational feasibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
Velaré is not liable for delays, failed performance, or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including weather conditions, traffic, supplier issues, technical outages, payment provider interruptions, or force majeure events.
10. Changes to Terms
Velaré may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page and will apply from the date shown above.
